As the Associate Counsel at Telecom Law Firm, P.C., Ms. Shparber drafts, negotiates and reviews wireless telecommunications site leases for private and municipal landlords. When negotiating and drafting wireless leases, Ms. Shparber balances the interests and rights of the municipality or private landlord with the needs of the wireless telecommunications provider to achieve the goal of protecting the landlord’s assets and ensuring protection from liabilities resulting from the wireless communications facility placed on their property.

Natalia is also the Program Manager with Kramer.Firm (“KF”) where she performs third party reviews of wireless siting permit applications on behalf of the firm’s municipal clients. Third party reviews include reviewing wireless permit applications for completeness, determining wireless site compliance with the Federal Communications Commissions’ rules and regulations, and determining wireless site compliance with local zoning and wireless telecommunications ordinances. This wireless permit application review requires balancing local interests within the boundaries of local, state and federal law.
