We conduct site audits of our clients existing wireless lease sites to determine whether the tenant has over-occupied its leasehold. You’d be surprised how often that happens, and how much money it can cost the unsuspecting landlords. Where we find over-occupancy, we collect back rent due and make sure the landlord is properly paid going forward.
We negotiate new leases and amendments on behalf of wireless site landlords, and engage in lease enforcements for our wireless site landlords.
